Exchange & Refund policy
PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE?WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?
• You can raise the size exchange request from 'My Account' section with ease or you can drop us a mail at email@example.com mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
• We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
• In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
• For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
• In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?
• You can raise the return request from 'My Account' section or drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours.
• We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.
• The product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• As soon as we get the product back, We provide a Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your ‘THE COTTON LAWN SHOP Account ' . You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
• Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.
THIS EXCHANGE POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS/ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN INDIA ONLY. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, REGULAR RETUNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE.
